Join the Fundraising Team

We organise team fundraising events like sponsored walks, mud runs, sky dives and more. If you would to make new friends, have fun and raise money for a fantastic cause we would love to hear from you.

If getting fitter is one of your new year’s resolutions why not sign up to a run like the Worcester Half Marathon whilst raising money for Malvern Special Families charity.

Voluntary Community Fundraisers

We always love to hear from people in the local community who would like to fundraise for Malvern Special Families by doing things like helping us with street collections and organising fund raising events or helping with a crowdfunding campaign.

Join our friendly team of volunteers in Malvern and Worcester and you will be helping to make a positive difference to local families’ lives.

Every £1 you fundraise will help to make sure that children and young people with disabilities from the local area are able to access excellent social opportunities. This enables them to enjoy new activities, have fun and make new friends in a safe place.

If you would like to volunteer for Malvern Special Families charity we will offer you a warm welcome, friendship and fundraising support with charity leaflets and collection tins available to use at events. Research has shown that volunteers are happier and live longer lives, so if you are thinking about volunteering there is no better time.

Host a local Fundraiser

A bit of time, creativity and using the influence of your personal networks you will be amazed at how quickly you can multiply what you contribute to MSF by organising a fundraising event or activity.  In the past, friends of MSF have organised jumble sales, fun-runs, drawing competitions, an open gardens event, a charity auction, in aid of Malvern Special Families. If you have an idea that you would like to bring to reality, we would love to hear from you and talk it through and we can offer you support and advice to help get your idea off the ground.

Set yourself a challenge – sponsored activity

Set yourself a challenge and get your friends involved. However, big or small the challenge, whether it’s sporty or crafty, in a group or on your own, sponsored events are a great way to have fun whilst raising money for Malvern Special Families and even achieving some of your own personal goals whether it’s to make new friends, help a good cause or get fit. From sponsored walks, to mud runs, 5 km runs to cycling challenges, bake offs, nights out and more. Friends of MSF got themselves involved in all sorts of fundraisers last year.

Get in touch with us if you are considering doing or setting up a sponsored event and we can help you promote it and offer support.
