We use evaluation forms to invite families to tell us what they think of our services on a regular basis, at each holiday club and periodically throughout the year for Saturday club and weekly club users.
We use the information you give us to assess how effective our play services are and along with other types of feedback you give, whether our services are meeting families’ needs. We publish key results in our newsletter, including our response to general concerns or suggestions raised in evaluation forms.

Once a year we carry out a membership survey to find out the difference our service is making to your child and to you. We really appreciate all the responses we get which help to shape the services we provide as. The information we collect also helps us to demonstrate to our funders why they should keep supporting us!
